Samsung Galaxy A30 Review

Whether this phone can become a perfect option for users or not, I am giving you information through this review...

South Korean smartphone maker Samsung has brought its new Galaxy A series among users. The company says that it wants to launch a smartphone for every user. Due to this, the focus is on smartphones of every range. Three phones have been launched under the Galaxy A series, one of which is the Galaxy A30. The company has launched this phone in India for Rs 16,990. This phone will be made available from March 2 on Samsung online stores and leading e-commerce sites. But whether this phone can become a perfect option for users or not, we are giving you information through this review.

An important factor in a phone is its design. The design of this phone is somewhat different from the rest of Samsung's smartphones. The company has given waterdrop notch in this phone. This increases the screen-to-body ratio to 91 per cent. If seen, nowadays the season of Waterdrop Notch is going on. Every company is offering smartphones with a notch like a waterdrop, teardrop. A good grip is formed when held in the hand. The phone is not much slippery, but still, we would advise you not to use it without a back cover.

Vertically camera setup is present on the back panel of the phone. We have a black colour variant of this phone. This phone is giving a good look with black colour. However, the company has also launched its other colour variants. The volume and power buttons are present on the right side of the phone. At the same time, the headphone jack and charging port has been given at the bottom of the phone.

The phone has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. Its pixel resolution is 1080X2340. Its aspect ratio is 19.5: 9. The phone's display is not hedged in sunlight or high light. You will see the display properly in the sun. Nowadays, during gaming, users' notch is in high demand. In this case, these phone users may like this case. If you are fond of watching videos then you will get a good experience of it. At the same time, if you talk about display quality, it can be kept in the premium category but not above the average. The interface of the phone seems a bit large, so here you may be a little disappointed. The fingerprint scanner given in the phone works fine. But cannot be called fast.

This phone is equipped with an octa-core Exynos 7904 processor. This phone has been launched in the same variant. It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. Its external memory can be expanded up to 512 GB via microSD card. While using the phone normally, we have not faced the problem of phone hang. The phone is also good at multitasking. But if your phone usage is heavier then you may have some problem with multitasking.

The phone has a dual rear camera for photography. Its primary sensor is 16 megapixels. Its aperture is f / 1.7. At the same time, the secondary sensor is 5 megapixels. Its aperture is f / 2.2. Talking about its rear camera quality, if the light is good then you can click a good photo. But on zooming in more, its pixels burst. Photos can be taken better than average even in low light, but this phone can disappoint photography lovers a bit. But according to us, this camera quality is good in this price range. It has many features including ultra-wide video, slo-mo, hyper-lapse which will further improve the photography experience. It also has AR emoji feature. At the same time, talking about the front camera, it has a 16-megapixel fixed focus sensor with f / 2.0 aperture. Selfies are good with this phone.

The phone has a 4000 mAh battery. It has been made available with fast charging. It is provided with a USB Type C charging port. In normal usage, its battery can last more than 1 day. But if you use the phone for heavy work, then the battery may have to be exposed quickly.

My decision

Samsung A30 can be considered a good option according to the price. Photography and battery in low light may disappoint you a bit, but at this price, the company has tried to give a lot. In such a situation, even if there is less feature, it can be adjusted. Based on a price of Rs 16,990, it will compete with Xaiomi's Redmi Note series.
