Samsung Galaxy M10s review, how much better is Samsung Galaxy M10s than others and is it a good deal to take? Know here A - Z OF Samsung Galaxy M10s...

One will hardly be able to deny that since the Chinese company Xiaomi has entered the Indian smartphone market, there has been a boom in the low budget segment. Xiaomi has quickly made Indian users a fan by introducing great smartphones at low prices. After the increasing demand for smartphones in this segment, today big brands like Samsung, OPPO, VIVO and Realme are also launching smartphones at low prices.

Recently Samsung hit the low budget segment, the new smartphone Galaxy M10s was launched under its 'Galaxy M' series. This smartphone was launched at a price of just Rs 7,999, which is available for sale in the market. If you go to buy a smartphone in this budget range, then a long list comes out. How much better is the Samsung Galaxy M10s present in this list and is it a good deal to take this entry-level smartphone?

To find the answer to all these questions, I have also used Samsung Galaxy M10s for a week. I am going to tell you in this A - Z of Samsung Galaxy M10s review, what was my personal experience during one week's use.

Look & Feel

'First Impression is the Last Impression' it applies not just to humans but also smartphones. The look of a smartphone first affects a user. In the case of Samsung Galaxy M10s, I will say that the first impression of this phone is excellent.

In terms of look, this cheap smartphone from Samsung is better than many expensive smartphones. In comparison to Xiaomi and Realme present in this budget, I have felt the Galaxy M10s be of very premium quality. The front and back panels of the phone are glossy and shiny and its sideways give a very slick feeling when holding the phone in the hand. It is necessary to have a back cover due to the phone being slick and sleepy. There is a fear of slipping from the hand of the phone. With the box of Samsung Galaxy M10s, the company does not provide any kind of back cover, so you will have to buy a separate cover.

Three sides of the display where there are fully bezel-less and a little body part is present at the bottom side. The dual rear camera setup is given on the top left side of the phone's back panel, which is located in the vertical shape. A flashlight is present just below the camera setup. A fingerprint sensor has been given on the rear panel. The bottom panel of the phone has USB type C port in the middle, speaker on the right and 3.5mm jack on the left side. Similarly, the volume rocker and power button have been provided on the right side of the Galaxy M10s and the microSD card and SIM slot on the left side.

A little shortcoming in design is the placement of the fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint sensor on the rear panel is located slightly upwards, causing some problems in its use. In my opinion, the fingerprint sensor should have been located slightly downwards, so that it could easily be used in the hands of every size.

The Samsung Galaxy M10s has been launched on a 6.2-inch HD + Super AMOLED Infinity 'V' display that supports 720 x 1560 pixels resolution. Full HD + would have been better, but it would be foolish to expect more at this price. There is no problem during normal use. Or you won't notice any pixel. But yes, there is a little problem when using VR.

The display of the phone is round corner and is fully blended from the side and upper side. There is no doubt that the display of the Galaxy M10s being super AMOLED gives very good visual quality. The screen contrast and brightness are amazing and the colours that come on the display are brilliantly sharp.

Whether online videos or gaming, the display of Samsung Galaxy M10s gives a great experience. Brightness can be used easily both indoor and outdoor. During the use, I found a slight flaw in the auto-brightness of Samsung Galaxy M10s. This lighting was taking a little time to judge the condition, in such a situation, the brightness of the phone manually had to be reduced more and more instead of auto change.

Samsung Galaxy M10s supports a dual rear camera. On the back panel of the phone, a 13-megapixel primary camera with F/1.9 aperture and a 5-megapixel secondary camera with F/2.2 aperture is provided with a flashlight. Similarly, the 8-megapixel selfie camera with F/2.0 aperture is fitted in the notch on the front panel for a selfie. The Galaxy M10s is capable of recording full HD quality video with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution from both front and back sensors. At the same time, both camera sensors of the phone work with beauty mode filters.

Talking about the camera, I liked the rear camera of Samsung Galaxy M10s. It is not very good but looking at the budget, it cannot be called bad either. Talking about the rear camera, there is normal mode, wide-angle mode, live focus and pro mode. I liked the wide-angle mode. It provides a much wider view in which the background, as well as the background, can be captured well. Colour and brightness in the camera are average. At the same time, the photo captured at night captures bright colours but it is pixelated when the photo is zoomed.

The result of the selfie camera will also be called average. The front camera supports a wide-angle but its wide capability is not very high. There was a lack of sharpness in the selfie, colours also faded slightly. The low light selfie was also a little pixelated. But the filters present in the front camera can enhance the look of the photo. But according to the budget you will expect, this phone fulfils those expectations.

Samsung Galaxy M10s has been launched on 3 GB RAM which supports 32 GB of internal storage. This phone has Samsung's Exynos 7884B chipset with an octa-core processor with 1.6 GHz + 1.35 GHz clock speed. The Galaxy M10s is an Android 9.0 Pie-based smartphone that works on OneUI.

Speaking of processing, the work of Samsung Galaxy M10s in low budget segment is satisfactory. During use, this phone was not hanged unnecessarily, nor any hitting problem occurred while playing the game. The result was lag-free during processing. We played the PUBG game on this phone and processing has been the same all the time. However, during gaming, the graphics were slightly less for good viewer experience.

The processing was fine during use, but I had some complaints, that is the user interface. There was a problem using the phone's start-up and navigation bar with gestures. However, the navigation bar can be changed to a button. At the same time, the UI of the phone proved to be a little loose in understanding auto-brightness.

Samsung Galaxy M10s has been launched by the company with a big battery of 4,000 mAh, which supports 15 W fast charging. The good thing is that the company is giving the 15-watt charger along with the box itself. This phone is charged with USB type C port. Due to fast charging support, the Galaxy M10s were able to charge 0 to 60 per cent in just 1 hour.

Talking about battery consumption, the battery of the Galaxy M10s came to 45 per cent after about 25 hours during the average usage after charging 100 per cent. Similarly, it took 2 hours for the phone's battery to come from 15 per cent to 10 per cent and the battery lasts 105 minutes comfortably from 10 per cent to 5 per cent. Despite continuous use, the Galaxy M10s took 1.5 hours to get the phone's battery from 5 per cent to 1 per cent. Let us know that during the charging of the phone and during use on low battery, we did not see the problem of hitting.

Samsung Galaxy M10s are being sold by the company at a price of just Rs 7,999. It can be said about the Galaxy M10s that this phone is the best looking phone among smartphones in this budget.

The design and look of the phone are very good, which makes it expensive than the price of the phone. I liked the display quality of the Galaxy M10s and its battery backup is also excellent. Samsung is also providing 15-watt charger in the box which will be called plus point.

The processing of the Galaxy M10s has proved to be good and camera quality mediocre. If a person wants to buy a good smartphone for the price of Rs 8,000 {7,999}, then I would advise him to get Samsung Galaxy M10s.
